As a valued associate of Humana, we want to provide you with as many tools as possible that will help make your work experience and surroundings pleasant. With that in mind, we're happy to provide this site to you, which will enable you to assess your work station on your own and at your convenience. Because this is a self-assessment, it is your responsibility to complete the sections and either make the adjustments per the Ergo Clinic, or review your needs with your supervisor upon completion. Don't forget, if you have discomfort that continues for several days after you have made the adjustments to your workstation based on the results of your online assessment, please complete the ergonomic checklist provided on Hi! and email it to the ergonomic coordinator mailbox: ergonomicsrequests@humana.com. The ergonomic coordinator will follow up with you. Thank you
